The Matrx^® Elan head support from Motion Concepts takes durable comfort to the next level. The Elan is compact, lightweight and highly adjustable to fit any adult wheelchair user. Installation is easy and you can make adjustments without the use of tools. The Elan is an easy-to-use, streamlined option for a variety of care settings. This accessory is compatible with any of the backs from the Matrx^® Seating Series and can be adjusted to fit any user’s posture.

Elegant – Clean and compact, the Elan features streamlined aesthetics.

Adjustable – The Elan head support features six (6) points of adjustment with infinite positioning opportunities.

Easy Setup – The Elan can be installed with a single tool. Optional tool-less adjustment levers provide easy position changes as needed.

Reliable – Multi-disk locking provides superior holding strength.

Head Support Pads:

Comfortable – Dual density foam provides immersion, prevents bottoming out.

Durable – Co-molded, dual firmness, high resilience (HR) foam surrounds the backing plates. The foam is made with Ultra-Fresh™ antimicrobial odor protection. Foam can be easily removed for modification if necessary.

Lightweight – 45% Lighter than alternative pads.

Versatile – We offer several varieties of head support pads: standard, occipital and multi-adjustable 4-point support models. Aluminum plates can also be formed to your desired shape.

Covers – The head support pads are covered in zippered, moisture-resistant, breathable Startex fabric. Wipeable covers for infection control (reverse Startex) are also available.
